Single Flower Patch Bloom - CCMC313

Here's my card for this week's sketch at Create With Connie and Mary. I finally pulled out my Flower Patch set to make this card. Every time I'd looked at it before, I'd put it away since there were too many layers possible, and I was usually feeling lazy, lol. Anyway, since there was really only the need to make one flower I decided to give it a try. It was pretty fun, so I'm sure I'll be using it again soon. I was trying to get a more rustic look with the wood background, but I think it ended up too bright. Oh well... :)

Stamps: Hardwood, Flower Patch

Ink: Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride, Strawberry Slush

Paper: Pistachio Pudding, Strawberry Slush, Crumb Cake, Whisper White card stock, All Abloom DSP stack

Misc: Fancy Fan embossing folder, Strawberry Slush bakers twine, Vintage Faceted button, Linen thread, pearls, Flower Fair framelits, dimensionals, glue dots
