Here's a quick birthday card I made for this week's color challenge at Create with Connie and Mary. I haven't used this set in awhile, so I thought I'd pull it out for a change.

Bright Birthday - TSSC310

Wow, it hasn't been a good week for card making or blogging. Been feeling kinda under the weather, not sure if it's allergies now that spring has finally appeared in Quebec or if it's a cold, but I've been spending the time I usually spend crafting in the evenings sleeping instead!

 

Here's a card I made for the sketch challenge at Techno Stamper. I think I pulled out 4 different sets for this card. Not sure if I really like it or not, but it's growing on me. The colors were for another challenge from a Facebook group.

 

I created a mask for the bottom with a circle framelit, and stamped with the En Francais background stamp on top of it to create the round part at the bottom.

Summer Silhouettes in Primrose & Pear - AW12, NAC78

When I first saw the new Around the World sketch challenge, I knew I wanted to make it as girly and blingy as I could. Then I saw the colour challenge at Nacho Average Challenge and knew they'd be a perfect combination! OK, so it's not quite the same as the sketch challenge, but I think I used enough elements out of it. If was definitely the inspiration for this card.

I really like these flower stamps but I don't use them enough. The free sale-a-bration Banner Blast set and punch were great for this sketch.

Paper: Primrose Petals, Pear Pizzaz, Whisper White card stock
