Thank You Poppy - FMS161

Tuesday is Remembrance Day here in Canada, and this afternoon will by the ceremony in my community (Greenfield Park), which we will be attending with the boys. After what happened the past couple weeks with the soldiers here, it feels like an even more important event than usual. Since this was what was on my mind as I was making my card to share today for the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches, I decided to make a red poppy for my card, and a camo style background using Gorgeous Grunge.

Recipe (all Stampin' Up!)
Stamps: Watercolor Thank You, Gorgeous Grunge, Flower Shop
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Crumb Cake

Paper: Crumb Cake, Basic Black, Whisper White, Real Red card stock

Misc: Pansy Punch, Linen Thread, Real Red Candy Dots
