Today's card is for the sketch challenge at Nacho Average Challenges. It's using some new sneak peek items from the upcoming Holiday catalog, but I wanted to make a house warming card rather than a Christmas card. Unfortunately, I took the stamp out that says Happy New Home, and then got distracted for a few minutes and went upstairs, and now that stamp is nowhere to be found! Those photopolymer stamps are sticky! By now it's probably stuck to a cat or something, hopefully it'll turn up tomorrow. Anyway, since the rest was done, I grabbed the celebrate stamp from the upcoming Good Greetings set instead. It still works I guess.
Recipe (all Stampin' Up!)
Stamps: Holiday Home, Good Greetings
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Blackberry Bliss, Soft Suede
Paper: Crisp Cantaloupe, Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White card stock; Park Lane DSP, Moonlight DSP stack
Misc: Circle framelits, Homemade Holiday framelits, dimensionals, rhinestones, Stampin' Write markers

So sorry about the lost stamp!! I hate when that happens!! :-) Your card is beautiful--I just ordered this set and can't wait to play with it!!! Thanks for playing along with the Nachos this week!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card! I think I need that Park Lane DSP now! Great use of the sketch. Thanks for joining us at Nacho Average Challenges.
ReplyDeleteYour lost stamp predicament made me chuckle. I hate when that happens. Hope the cat helps you find the stamp! Love the house and the Park Lane DSP.
ReplyDeleteI don't even have to get up to lose things on my craft table...my paper snips are the worst. If I take my eyes off them for two seconds, they up and run away and it takes me 10 minutes to find them! Glad you got your card done though, it's super cute! Thanks for joining us at Nacho Average Challenges this week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Emily! Love the colors you used and what a great way to use the stamp for something else! Thanks so much for joining us at Nacho Average Challenges! Hope you will create with us again.
