I used the new set Gentle Peace again for today's card. Rather than coloring it, I embossed it in gold on Vellum and then attached it to Whisper White card stock and cut around it all. I used vellum for the current challenge at Around the World Stampin' Up! Challenges, and gold for the color challenge at the paper players.
Recipe (all Stampin' Up!)
Stamps: Gentle Peace
Ink: Versamark
Paper: Whisper White, Brushed Gold card stock; Vellum
Misc: Gold Embossing Folder, Filigree Frame Embossing Folder, Gold Ribbon

That looks spectacular! Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players.
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity of the gold embossing as opposed to having it colored. It really helps to focus on this wonderful image. Backed with the gold layer, this card is beautiful. So glad you joined us at the Paper Players this week
